All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the case of high order volume or any unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email or whatsapp if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping costs will depend on your location and the total weight of the package.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: International delivery usually takes 10-15 business days, depending on customs and the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather conditions or customs processing.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in the price of the product or shipping charges. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipping. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


6. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, there might be unforeseen delays in delivery due to external factors such as customs clearance, natural disasters, or logistical issues. While we aim to meet delivery estimates, Bhuttico is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by these external circumstances.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
