Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at hello.bhuttico@gmail.com. Items should be shipped to the following address: Bhuttico main complex, Bhutti Colony, Shamshi, Shamshi, Distt. Kullu, 175126, Himachal Pradesh, India.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello.bhuttico@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
